Sourcing
Local factories in South Africa as well as trusted and established partners in China, Bangladesh and India. Factories are sourced based on their workmanship, mill options and quality standards.
Product Development
Starts with a new concept, idea or fabric option and becomes a sample that shows workmanship, execution and quality. We also develop from online research, reference images and samples bought overseas. We visit mills, source new fabrics and develop options to meet buyers’ needs and price points.
Trend Forecasting & Travel
We track international brands and designers and adapt trends commercially to fit each client’s brand identity. Seasonal fabric trends, colours and silhouettes are reviewed; we travel to key cities in Europe and the US to source relevant samples for range reviews.
Graphic Design / CADs / Tech Packs
Full graphics, CADs and artwork once pricing and styling are approved. We also assist with detailed specifications and size charts based on experience and your customer profile.
Ready-Made Stock Sales
Over-runs and cancelled international orders imported and offered to wholesalers, mini chains and e-commerce platforms across categories and brands.
OUR SERVICE JOURNEY
From first meeting to delivery – straightforward and transparent.
01 Meeting & Briefing
We sit with you to understand exactly what you need – garment type, quantities, timelines and target price. We send the brief to our factories to confirm they can make it.
02 Style Confirmation & Costing
We confirm the style and details you want. We do a simple visual/graphic artwork for approval and send you a clear cost to sign off.
03 Development & Fit Sample
Once the cost is approved, we make a development/fit sample. Your team fits it, gives feedback, and we note any changes.
04 Approvals & PPS
We approve all fabrics, artworks and trims. We then make a pre-production sample (PPS) for final approval before production starts.
05 Production & Delivery
We go into bulk production. Final garments are approved and shipped to you as agreed.

Where are your products manufactured?
We source from trusted factories in South Africa, China, Bangladesh, and India – chosen per project based on fabric, styling, capacity, lead-time, and compliance requirements.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Yes. MOQs vary by factory, fabric, and style. We’ll advise options (including color/size consolidation) to achieve targets without compromising cost or quality.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sampling starts with first-fit samples and iterates to a pre-production sample (PPS) that the client approves before bulk production.
How do you ensure quality control?
Our factory-audit & QA team inspects production throughout and prior to shipment. Clients may also appoint their own third-party inspection teams if preferred.
Can you support international clients?
Yes. We can manufacture in any partner factory and ship to virtually any country. All services-sourcing, development, QA, and documentation-apply internationally.
Do you offer shipping and other logistics assistance?
We don’t deal directly with shippers or forwarders, but we can ask the factory to suggest options and provide the documentation needed for your chosen logistics provider.
